Parking - Within the Residence there is a large outdoor video supervised parking area (€7/day), as well as a locked garage (€9/day).
Physiotherapy - The Residence has a fully equipped gym, which is used as well as a physiotherapeutical rehabilitation center in cooperation with the Orthopaedic Department of Santa Corona Hospital.
Sauna Our Finnish sauna is open daily from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (€10 a sitting).
Solarium - There is a large sunbathing area with deck chairs and beds, umbrellas and towels at free disposal of our guests.
Special Needs The Residence has been designed to provide full facilities and access to people with special needs. Two apartments have suitably equipped bathrooms.
Swimming Pool - Free use for all clients of the heated swimming pool from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm. Deck chairs and beds, as well as umbrellas and towels are to guests' availability without booking. Bathing is forbidden between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm.
Telephone - Each apartment has a direct telephone line.
Television - In each apartment there is a color satellite TV with 6 channels.
Turkish Bath - The Turkish bath is open daily from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (€10 a sitting).
