Animals - Animals are admitted in the Residence. (€ 4 per day)
Air Conditioning - All apartments and areas of the Residence have autonomous air conditioning.
Bar - Close to the reception, our bar serves light meals on request.
Bikes - Confortable and practical bikes can be rented according to availability.
Children - The children's area with TV offers numerous indoor and outdoor playing possibilities.
Garage - For our clients' cars there is a locked garage (€9), or video supervised outdoor parking (€7).
Gym - A fully equipped gym is at the disposal of our guests daily from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. This gym is used as well as a physiotherapeutical rehabilitation center in cooperation with the Orthopaedic Department of Santa Corona Hospital.
Access to the gym is subject to the presentation of a medical certificate or auto certificate, and the participation in a 1 hour introductory lesson with instructor. Group lessons (max. 6 persons): €15/hour per person. Weekly access card (without lessons): €15; weekly access card including 4 group lessons: €40.
Hydromassage - The hydromassage is available daily from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm ( 5,--/15 min. with tokens).
Laundry - The laundry room with washing machines and ironing equipment is open from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Massages - Different types of relaxation techniques can be put at the disposal of our clients.
